Wandering in the forest i saw a dandalion today.She was talking to a bird about flying. I quickly moved on not wanting to tell her that she would find out sooner or later anyways.

Moving on i met a blue butterfly who was playing with a little orange butterfly. She shouted things like "mine looks best" and "come over to compare".

I was irritated so i looked around to find out who she was talking with. Then i saw her a beautiful black butterfly holding also a little orange one. She grinned to me and told me that she likes to make her blue sister really angry.

When moving on i met a fox who was just telling a little bird about nice jewlery she has in her cave. As she looked rather hungry i decided not to tell the bird the truth about foxes and jewlery.

So i looked away and was quite glad to see an other woman comming out of the water. So i went to her and talked a bit with her before going home to have tea and cookies.

All the dresses shown in this blog entry are from a small cute store named Soleil. The cut of the dresses is unique. I love the dandalion one very much. All dresses come with a fitting hat or head dress. Its definitly worth to take a look at the store.

On the way to a party in the big city. After a year in new paris the eyes are used to all the streetlights but it might take a whole life to get used to the noise.

But at least that means its possible to get everything at everytime. And everything really means everything food, drugs, humans or new pencils. Well the pencils are a bit tricky in the chemistry war 3 graphite became a very rare material.

But somehow its surprising how safe the streets are. Maybe because danger means less business. So the only thing that could happen to you when going home drunken in the morning is that you buy a halfdestroyed house.

Sometimes fashion in second life is rather boring. Lots of gown, jeans and shirts and somehow it looks all the same. This dress from  .::dj::. DoJo is very different compared to the ordinary second life fashion. It is modern, elegant and simply brilliant. I like the paperlike look of the elements of the dress very much

I asked a friend to make the pictures for this blog entry. For the fitting surrounding we visited some science fiction / cyberpunk sims and finally we choosed Devils Moon. Its a sim built by Abramelin Wolfe and reminds very much on Bladerunner. As its even possible to rezz there its the perfect place for making pictures.

Caverna Obscura or the magical world of Elvina Ewing Print E-mail

Caverna Obscura is the store of Elvina Ewing which sells her awesome clothes there. For example this dress which always reminds me a bit on a strawberry. The clothes from caverna obscura are unique and fit very well into fantasy roleplay places.  For her outfits Elvina uses textures wich could be found in nature to cover the body. And not only the clothes are great, the sim is designed with love and looks fantastic. There is a big tree house to shop in and many small corners to explore. So as the clothes from this place are really great i d like to show some here.

 It comes with three different skirts, long, middle-long and short, and two kind of sleeves. The flower and leaf ornaments of the necklace are wonderful.

The flower hat fits very well to the gown.

This gown is a bit cruel, as its made of the wings of butterflys. But every proud  warrior princess likes to wear her trophies. And also flower wreathes she got from an admirer or to be honest from the caverna obscura lucky board.

Something completly different is this white gown. Its very elegant and the textures are well made. It also comes with two kind of skirts and also two kinds of collars.

Here a picture of  the other collar option. It comes with an inbuilt coat. Its possible to wear the gown without the skirt with high boots.

There are also oriental outfits named Djinie available at Caverna obscura. They are designed with love and come with many pieces for example with a sheer top and a non sheer top. I like it very much that Elvina also made tops which include a necklace so its possible to wear necklace and top on one attatchment point and have a free attatchment point for other things.

The djinnie outfits comes with three possibilities to wear the trousers. The veil comes in many versions (opaque, semi-opaque, chin and mouth as attatchment point). And the jewlery on the picture is also included in the set. The outfit is very well resizeable.

Some time ago this coat was the monthly groupgift. Its very comfy and also very well made. Of course it isn`t the groupgift anymore but its possible to buy it in the store. The coat comes with two hud options so its possible to wear the hud on the head or have it on the back.  As shown on the picture it floats very nice.

And for those who like it cold there is a ice elemental avatar on the lucky board. It comes even with a skin, hair and shoes. The shape is also included in the set.

Sale at Zaara or the elegant way to go broke Print E-mail

Some how i managed as newbie to find Zaara. I had a look at all the pretty clothes and loved them. But i was a newbie so i only owned 1 Linden a stranger gave to me when i forgot my avatar standing around somewhere naked and was not able to afford any of the dresses. 

When hearing that Zaara has a sale i thought well it won`t be wrong to have a look.  My plan was to look at the shawls and also at those nice dresses with the asymetric cut.  So first i went to the shawls and was unable to make a desicion. So i bought the fatpack of the shawls in plain colours. The texture of the shawls is amazing.

My other plan was to look at the asymetric dresses. I had to buy the fatpack with the brights. The dresses are lovely. The cut is is special and well its from Zaara that means the textures are very well done.

Then i though oh lets have a look at the second floor and had to buy those half sheer shirts. They are also available in a fatpack and i choosed the basic colours. Those shirts are a good possibility to show off pretty bras. They come on all layers which is very useful in my opinion.

And i also had to get that top. I saw a similar cut on a top in a hunt but this one is much better made and the colour is lovely.

I like shirts with bows and as dragonroleplayer i also love everything shiny and golden so i was unable to avoid buying those tops. I also got me the fatpack as one of the tops is at 60  Linden at the moment and the fatpack 200. The fatpack contains 4 tops that means also a red and a black one.

The sale ends at the 13th of June. Its worth to  have a look as a lot of the items in the store are sold for 50% of their normal price.  Zaara does not sell only clothes for women there are also outfits for men.  For this blog i used a jeans which will be the gift from D-Design in the Go4Goal hunt.

The first dress I owned by The White Armory was given to me by my friend, Brandy Avedon. It was the Elemental - Water Gown.

Lady Bee Dumpling's skilled workmanship and tireless hands of creating beautiful Medeival gowns are evident in the textures and details of every gown.
I was invited to the group, which I was very pleased to learn, gives a free dress weekly to members. All you have to do is attach The White Armory tag, teleport to the main store at: http://slurl.com/secondlife/Emerald/78/127/26 and click the vendor close to the teleporting area. You will then receive a folder with a box to rez and unpack.
Most boxes contain up to and including 20 pieces, depending on what is needed to complete the outfit. This includes: Left and right top sleeves, bodice, left and right skirt pieces, left and right leg pieces, pants, prim skirt, skirt, left and right arm joint pieces, left and right sleeves, a train, modifiable pasties (oh Bee! lol), gloves, KitKat body lamp, a notecard on resizing the scripts, a landmark to the store and a texture of the complete outfit, modelled by the illustrious Lady Bee Dumpling herself!
The great halls of the main store are lined with fabulous designs that will make your head spin!
Bee's designs are a bit on the high end price scale. Most outfits are L$899. But with The White Armory tag and a bit of patience, you can recieve your weekly free dress.
My favorite dress by far (not to undermine other dresses by The White Armory - but from personal taste), is the Silken Steel Gown.
This gown is simply delicious! It is a bit on the sexy risque side, with a 3/4 bodice, without being too formal, nor too revealing. This feline is all about showing a bit of sexuality.
