The White Armory - by Tauria Zalivstok

The first dress I owned by The White Armory was given to me by my friend, Brandy Avedon. It was the Elemental - Water Gown.

Lady Bee Dumpling's skilled workmanship and tireless hands of creating beautiful Medeival gowns are evident in the textures and details of every gown.
I was invited to the group, which I was very pleased to learn, gives a free dress weekly to members. All you have to do is attach The White Armory tag, teleport to the main store at: http://slurl.com/secondlife/Emerald/78/127/26 and click the vendor close to the teleporting area. You will then receive a folder with a box to rez and unpack.
Most boxes contain up to and including 20 pieces, depending on what is needed to complete the outfit. This includes: Left and right top sleeves, bodice, left and right skirt pieces, left and right leg pieces, pants, prim skirt, skirt, left and right arm joint pieces, left and right sleeves, a train, modifiable pasties (oh Bee! lol), gloves, KitKat body lamp, a notecard on resizing the scripts, a landmark to the store and a texture of the complete outfit, modelled by the illustrious Lady Bee Dumpling herself!
The great halls of the main store are lined with fabulous designs that will make your head spin!
Bee's designs are a bit on the high end price scale. Most outfits are L$899. But with The White Armory tag and a bit of patience, you can recieve your weekly free dress.
My favorite dress by far (not to undermine other dresses by The White Armory - but from personal taste), is the Silken Steel Gown.
This gown is simply delicious! It is a bit on the sexy risque side, with a 3/4 bodice, without being too formal, nor too revealing. This feline is all about showing a bit of sexuality.

Oblivion Fashion - by Tauria Zalivstok

 Greetings, everyone! Here is your roleplay Fashion Feature to sate your neverending lust for a glance at beautiful new clothes!
I am featuring a store by Lady Ayla Serenity called Oblivion Fashion.
A little background on Lady Ayla's store:

Lady Ayla has had various clothing shops during her time here in Second Life, with different avatars. Her current store, Oblivion Fashion, is the oldest store of them all, but just as is Ayla, her longest 'living' avatar. Lady Ayla makes Medeival clothing for women, men and children.
The outfit I chose to wear for this feature is the Of~ Jonna In Black. It is extremely reasonably priced at L$275 and is very Magi looking. Each piece of the outfit is easily resizable.


Included in the folder you receive when you buy the product are:
A texture of the outfit, Info Update, A How to Mod notecard, an LM to the store, as well as a pose stand.
Oufit pieces include:
Cloak - Hood Up, Cloak - Hood Down, Cape Hood, left and right sleeves, black robe, black collar, plack pants and a black shirt.

Men should not despair! Lady Ayla makes clothing for men in this fashion as well *grins*
Oh! And don't forget the free gifts at Lady Ayla's store! There are free men and women's gifts!

B Betty Boop Avatar

Tauria Zalivstok ='.'=In the midst of May, the Dragons of Avilion hosted a Relay for Life dance. People were to dress as their favorite femme fatale or gentleman from movies, comics, music artists and such.

I searched for various avatars and finally decided on one that was inexpensive - Betty Boop. I was on Xstreet SL Marketplace, a favorite and preferred way of shopping for myself.


The 'B Betty Boop' avatar by Bianca Koenkamp, was found for L$30 at:


The Betty Boop avatar comes with pants, top, garter (socks), skirt, hair, shape (who would have thought that Betty Boop was 6'4" with heels? Hmmmm...lol), shoe shape, shoes, skin, eyebrow shape and grey eyes.
And what's more? The avatar looks fabulous and not comical! I highly recommend this avatar for any party. I received tons of compliments!
